Your mission
You take full responsibility for our retail business in Switzerland and further expand our market-leading position.
You own key customer relationships and drive category as well as cross-category development.
You manage annual meetings and lead commercial negotiations with confidence and impact.
You develop and execute customer-specific activations and sales plans that secure our ambitious targets.
You collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Events, and Communications to maximize visibility and success on the retail floor.
You track and analyze sales, costs, and customer portfolios to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
You conduct regular market and competitor analyses to spot trends and growth areas across products and categories.
You act as Commercial Contact (CC) and expert for the Swiss Retail Business and contribute actively as a member of the Swiss Commercial Leadership Team.
You lead a Key Account Associate both professionally and disciplinarily.
You
Hold a university degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Bring 6–10+ years of experience in FMCG, with a strong focus on high-impact Swiss retail customers.
Have a proven track record managing complex customer projects and leading teams effectively.
Demonstrate strong leadership, team spirit, and a solution-oriented, hands-on mentality.
Excel in analytical thinking and strategic planning.
Make confident decisions and show high initiative.
Possess a valid Swiss work permit.
Communicate fluently in English and German; French is a strong asset.
