We are a young, innovative company with a clear mission: to change the world bite by bite. Our goal is to inspire people to switch to plant-based protein and thus reduce the negative impact of the traditional meat industry. Using natural ingredients and no additives, we create delicious, sustainable meat – for perfect taste and a better future.

With teams in nine countries, we’re truly international. Most new joiners start their journey with onboarding at our HQ in Kemptthal – a great way to experience our values, people, and products up close. Depending on the role, there may also be opportunities to work temporarily at one of our other offices. Once a year, the whole team comes together – for example, at our big summer birthday party.
