Your Mission:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive 4-year strategic plan, translating it into compelling narratives for internal and external stakeholders, including pitch decks and strategy documents.

• Create detailed financial projections, offering varied scenarios to inform decision-making and long-term planning.

• Support Investor Relations and financing processes, preparing monthly and quarterly investor reports while maintaining a clean and organized documentation & data room.

• Track and monitor KPIs, providing management with regular updates on the status of initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Prepare townhalls, leadership, principal group, and board meetings, including agenda definition, meeting preparation and tracking of follow-up tasks.

• Gather available data to derive actionable market insights, maintain market sizing model, and competitor monitoring.

You:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.

• Have 2-3 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity or Venture Capital.

• Are highly skilled in financial modeling and have advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point; experience with Power BI is a plus.

• Have demonstrated a track record of exceptional performance, whether in sports, your professional career or other demanding circumstances.

• Are results-driven with strong execution skills in fast-paced environments.

• Focus on details and follow through, ensuring goals are met.

• Speak and write English fluently, German is a plus.
