Your Mission:
- Build and maintain a strategic 4-year plan, including detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly investor reports and ensure a well-structured, up-to-date data room.
- Support equity and debt financing processes, including due diligence, offer evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare and follow up on Townhalls, Leadership and Board meetings.
- Track KPIs, derive actionable market insights, and monitor competitors to guide strategic decisions.
- Develop decision-making materials for executive leadership.
You:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration.
- Bring 2–3 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
- Show strong skills in Financial Modelling and are proficient in Excel, Power Query, and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus).
- Have demonstrated a track record of exceptional performance, whether in sports, your professional career or other demanding circumstances.
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset and the ability to distill complex data into clear communication.
- Show a proven “get-things-done” mentality, with persistence, attention to detail, and independence.
- Command full professional proficiency in English and German.
