Your mission:
- You create and execute the marketing plan for France and the Netherlands, tailoring the global marketing strategy to fit local market needs, specificities, and budgets.
- You manage the communication strategy, including SEO and influencer marketing, by adapting global content to resonate with local cultures in collaboration with the global brand team.
- You define and organize key local events and fairs in alignment with the commercial team, ensuring meaningful customer interactions.
- You design and implement a media strategy to increase Planted’s brand visibility through localized brand events and PR campaigns, working closely with local agencies.
- You collaborate with channel commercial leaders and distributors to develop trade marketing plans that enhance in-store visibility and retail sales, alongside joint communication initiatives for key foodservice partners.
- You take full ownership of the marketing cost center for France and the Netherlands, defining budgets, monitoring expenditures, and analyzing spend to maximize ROI.
- You act as the key point of contact for marketing suppliers, handling selection, price negotiations, contract management, and day-to-day collaboration to ensure excellent service delivery.
You:
- Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Have 7–10 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the retail or foodservice FMCG sector.
- Bring expertise in product launches and the creation of local marketing plans, including digital media and retail strategies.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset: you are committed, self-driven, and have a strong team spirit.
- Strike the perfect balance between strategic thinking and hands-on day-to-day operations.
- Are comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and navigating a fast-moving environment.
- Reside in Paris and are open to occasional travel to the Netherlands and Switzerland.
- Speak English and French fluently; Dutch is a plus.
