Your Mission:

• Lead product development projects from ideation to scaling, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and alignment with consumer needs.
• Develop and refine processes, identify suitable partners, and plan, execute, and document trials at pilot and industrial scales to validate feasibility and ensure smooth transitions to production.
• Collaborate with R&D functions, culinary, marketing, production, and sales to optimize the product portfolio and integrate consumer and market feedback into innovation.
• Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and quality control protocols.
• Troubleshoot production issues and enhance quality frameworks to monitor and maintain product quality during production.
• Contribute to shaping company standards, processes, and quality measures to ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality products

You:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Process Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
• You have 1-3 years of working experience in the food industry, preferably as a product developer or project manager.
• You have experience in the meat industry or extrusion technology is considered a plus.
• You excel in communication, adapt easily to diverse audiences and work effectively under pressure.
• You take pride in being a strong executor with a hands-on, doer personality.
• You are ready to work in production environments in CH and in EU.
• You are curious, creative, and adaptable, with a collaborative mindset while working independently and responsibly.
• Are fluent in English, with German language skills being an advantage.
