Your Mission:
- You own, orchestrate, and execute product and packaging development projects from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs, operational feasibility, and business goals.
- You lead cross-functional project teams across the product value chain (R&D, product development, culinary, operations, marketing, sales, finance) to meet project goals on time, on quality, and within budget while staying agile to adapt to new circumstances.
- You define project scope, timeline, and resources in collaboration with stakeholders and monitor progress, adjusting as needed.
- You serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding primary and secondary packaging design, including reprints and supplier communication.
- You develop new processes based on identified learnings and initiate actions to improve existing workflows along the product value chain and within the Global Brand, Marketing & Product Management team.
- You collaborate closely with operations and commercial teams to address product and portfolio challenges effectively, ensuring smooth daily business operations.
You:
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, food science, or a related field, with strong academic performance or a proven record of exceptional commitment.
- Bring 3+ years of work experience in product management, project management, or product development.
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills, including managing multiple projects, effective communication with stakeholders, and driving decisions.
- Excel as a team player, with experience fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams such as R&D, operations, marketing, and sales.
- Are results-driven with an execution mindset and attention to detail.
- Possess strong communication skills, resilience, and an affinity for change.
- Show a high willingness to acquire new skills, take responsibility, and thrive in an agile environment.
- Have experience in the food industry (preferred) and a passion for food.
- Speak fluent English and German; additional languages are a plus.
