Your mission:
- You manage inquiries from customers related to products, shipping, and delivery, as well as B2B partnerships in sectors like food service, gastronomy, and retail.
- You handle incoming requests with reactive selling and provide information about our product offerings.
- You take on the functional lead for Order Management in the UK and act as deputy for Order Management in other markets.
- You maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate records.
- You document back-office processes when necessary and provide various assistance tasks upon request.
- You support the Operations Hub Manager with project work for the CH Circle and lead B2B/B2C partner-shop activities across all markets.
- You manage month-end closing tasks and provide sales support and customer service for the German-speaking region in Switzerland.
You:
- Have strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Have at least one year of experience in a similar position.
- Bring an independent, structured, and efficient approach to your work.
- Are willing to make extra efforts and take full responsibility for your projects.
- Possess excellent MS Office and Excel skills.
- Speak English and German fluently, with French being a plus.
