Your mission:
- You build and expand our Key Account Distribution in Italy, leveraging relationships with foodservice and industrial players.
- You identify and cultivate new customers that align with our brand strategy, exploring strategic business opportunities.
- You participate in trade exhibitions and conferences to promote our products.
- You organize sales visits to showcase our product range, aiming for brand visibility among foodservice clients.
- You develop a promising sales pipeline and expand sales into new geographic areas.
- You contribute to feedback culture by tracking customer needs and product applications.
- You ensure our brand's presence on major foodservice communication channels.
- You monitor and report on sales goals and KPIs.
You:
- live in Milan or surrounding, have a network in Food Chains, Wholesaler, Foodservice Partners, Industrial Partners and understand needs of clients.
- are a self-driven, go-getter with minimum 5 years or more work experience in Sales in food & beverage industry / distribution.
- are very energetic, quick-thinker and solution-oriented.
- are enthusiastic about working with plant-based meat and food in general.
- are a team-player and responsibility-taker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of independence.
- are a native speaker of Italian, fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.
