We are Planted. After years of research, founded in July 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich, it is our very aim to make the world better. With a revolutionary plan: Meat from plants.

Your mission:

  • You develop and sustain solid relationships with Planted's key accounts from the Swiss retail industry. 
  • You contribute to the continuous development and optimisation of our strategy in Swiss retail.
  • You negotiate contracts with our clients and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
  • You communicate and collaborate with the marketing, events and communications departments to create the most-winning impact on the retail-floor and shelf.
  • You conduct regular market and competition analyses in order to develop a thorough understanding of customers and market developments to meet key clients' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.
  • You compile reports on account progress, goals and forecasts.


  • hold a Federal Diploma education (Eidg. dipl. Verkaufsleiter / Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, or equivalent).
  • are experienced in the FMCG sector (4 years +), especially working with high impact retails in Switzerland.
  • are fluent in written and spoken German and English, any other language is a plus.
  • identify with our philosophy and are looking forward to supporting our sales team.
  • have a passion for food.
  • enjoy customer contact and communicate convincingly and in a way that is appropriate to your target group. In this way, you inspire your counterparts with enthusiasm for our products on a daily basis.
  • work independently, in a structured and efficient manner and thus maintain an overview of your assigned sales region.
  • have excellent MS Office and presentation skills.
