We are making a change. Not only because we can. But because we have to. Do you want to be a part of it? As a Talent Management Specialist you support our HR Team in developing and retaining high-potential employees.


Your mission:

  • You set up an internal academy to promote our core competencies.
  • You analyse skills gaps and design and implement trainings, workshops and other development initiatives for individuals and teams.
  • You develop strategies to ensure that we are targeting the right talent, expand our talent pool and build a pipeline for key positions.
  • You craft policies for supporting internal promotions and manage succession planning and build up a talent pipeline to support the filling of key positions with internal talent.
  • You collaborate with our team leaders to identify future hiring needs.
  • You provide consultancy regarding development and learning activities and discuss career options with talented employees and team leaders.
  • You ensure that our culture is shared and promoted in all development activities.
  • You act as a sparring partner for personnel development and competence development.
  • You keep yourself up to date on trends in talent management.


What you bring:

  • a higher education in HR or a University degree and professional experience in HR in a dynamic environment, ideally in the areas of talent management, leadership development or recruiting.
  • experience in designing and implementing development measures in various formats as well as a sound understanding of requirements and responsibilities for various roles 
  • experience in concept development and didactics.
  • identification with our philosophy, culture and values
  • passion for the task of accompanying people in their personal development
  • a high degree of initiative, great enthusiasm and willingness to travel
  • strong argumentative skills, target group oriented communication and strong in cooperation at all levels
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German
