Sales Operations Executive - UK

As our Sales Operations Executive, you’ll spearhead the launch into the UK market with us, focusing on and managing the entire sales operations process from customer introduction all the way to ensuring our products are delivered to customers on time and in full every time. Alongside this you will lead our UK web shop operation and offer world class support to the business development team.

Your mission:

  • Take responsibility for all sales operations from customer introduction through to invoice including; managing leads, setting up customers, managing the order process, assisting with forecasting, liaising with HQ supply chain and ensuring our customer service is world class.
  • Full responsibility for managing the UK web shop, leading relationship with fulfilment partner plus creating and executing samples process.
  • Assisting the business development team in compiling pitch decks, sales performance analysis and competitor data on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Assist with managing UK budgets and provide reporting to Country Manager and HQ.
  • Continuously contribute to Planted’s quantitative and qualitative feedback culture by tracking customer needs and product applications in the UK and sharing with global HQ.

You are:

  • Ideally living in London or surrounding area.
  • Self-driven, go-getter with 1 year or more work experience in sales, operations, or marketing.
  • Knowledge of UK food & beverage industry.
  • Enthusiastic about working with plant-based meat and food in general
  • A team-player and responsibility-taker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of independence.
  • Able to manage and organise multiple projects.
  • Very energetic, quick-thinker, solution-oriented.
  • Able to excite, easily establish and maintain relationships
  • Fluent in English, any additional language a plus.
  • Allowed to work in UK (valid work permit).
